Information you give us

• Your name, email address and login details when you sign up or buy the course.
• Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Anything you post in the community, share in live sessions, or send us by email.
• Testimonials, photos or videos you choose to send us.

Health information

We do not collect your pain-tracking worksheets. They are yours to fill in and keep. If you choose to send us your worksheets to claim our Completion Guarantee, we use them only to review that claim.

The community is a place where members may talk about their health. Anything you share there is your choice and can be seen by other members, so please share only what you're comfortable with.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our service providers collect basic technical data, such as your device, browser, pages visited and course progress. This helps the site work and keeps you logged in.

• To process payments and refunds.
• To send course updates and, if you agree, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To improve the course and website.
• To use your testimonial in marketing, only with your written permission.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use health information you share for advertising.

03Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the course, and only as needed:

• Kajabi — website, course hosting, community and email
• Stripe — payments
• Zoom — live sessions
• Mailchimp — email newsletters and updates

We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

04How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have course access and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons. Worksheets sent for a Completion Guarantee claim are deleted within 90 days after the claim is decided.

05How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, and we rely on established providers with strong security. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

06Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct it; or
• delete it.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make any request, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 45 days.

07Age

The course is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email about any major changes.
