01Educational purposes only — not medical advice

The Course is for education and general information only. It is based on Nicole Arbour's personal experience, with input from health professionals on some topics. Nicole Arbour is not a licensed medical doctor.

The Course does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It does not replace care from a doctor or other licensed healthcare provider, and using it does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship.

Always talk to your doctor before you:

• start, stop or change any medication or supplement;
• make significant changes to your diet; or
• start any new exercise, stretching or movement routine.

If you have new, worsening or severe pain, see a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

02Results vary

Every person and every body is different. Stories shared by Nicole and by students describe their own experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same or any particular result.

03Your health and safety

You are responsible for your own health decisions. You agree to listen to your body, adjust or skip any activity that doesn't feel right, and stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other warning signs.

By taking part in any physical activity in the Course, you accept the risks of that activity, to the fullest extent the law allows.

04Guest experts and outside products

Guest experts share general information and are not treating you. Their views are their own.

The Course may mention or link to products, services or websites run by others, including supplements. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

05Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to buy the Course. Keep your login details private. Your access is for you only; you may not share your login or let others use your account.

06Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You agree to pay all charges for your purchase, including applicable taxes. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Your license to use the Course

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own, non-commercial use. All Course content belongs to Nicole Arbour Entertainment or its licensors. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or create courses from it without our written permission. You may print the worksheets for your own use.

08Community and live session rules

To keep the community safe and supportive, you agree to:

• be respectful, and not post anything abusive, hateful or harassing;
• share your own experience, but not give other members medical advice or tell them to change their medication or treatment;
• not sell, promote or advertise products or services;
• keep other members' stories and personal details private; and
• not record live sessions without our permission.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to display it within the Course. We may remove posts or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

09Testimonials

If you share a testimonial, review or video, you confirm it is honest and reflects your own experience. We will only use it in our marketing with your written permission.

10Course dates, access and changes

The current Course session runs from November 16, 2026 to January 4, 2027. Live sessions take place during those dates. Your access to all Course content, including recordings, worksheets and the community page, ends one week after the final class, on January 11, 2027. Please download or print anything you want to keep before then.

We may update, improve or change Course content from time to time. If we ever stop offering the Course, we will give you reasonable notice.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nicole Arbour Entertainment, Nicole Arbour and our guest experts are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Course or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because you broke these Terms or misused the Course.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless your local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Course after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
